The living area features a 60” flat screen TV and comfortable seating for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meal prep and dining easy. A private pool adds to the amenities of this serene paradise.
The three first-floor bedrooms have direct deck access and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom, overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a view of the tropical paradise, while the bunk room has a twin bed, twin/full bunk bed with a full trundle, and a view of the pool. The house can sleep ten with the queen sofa bed in the living room.
Child-friendly amenities include a pack-n-play, booster seat with tray for dining, and step stools. Two pets weighing up to 60 lbs. each are welcome. The house also features under-house concrete parking, covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and a park-style grill.
This home is part of the St. George Plantation amenities program, offering two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse, and a fitness center. Nature trails, bicycle and walking paths, and access to Bob Sikes Cut provide a complete vacation experience.
Please note that golf carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation. Owners will accept large pets up to 100 lbs. with an additional fee. Unfortunately, the fireplace is unavailable.
