"30EZ has got it all figured out!! Every little detail you can imagine is covered when you stay in any of their homes!! The kitchens are stocked with every appliance and tool you need whether it's frozen pizza night, or you want to cook up a storm!! The units are clean and well organized as well as up to date. They are pet friendly but you would never know!! They are local and respond very quickly to troubleshoot any problems you may encounter. You won't regret staying in any of their units!!"

"30Ez is a fantastic company. Ros and Carolyn are very responsive and address questions and concerns very quickly. They check every unit when guests leave and before new guests go in. They get regular maintenance done and make sure everything is in good working order. They keep up with the cleanliness and work closely with the cleaners to ensure a perfect stay. They can tell you everything about your property so you know what's stocked and what you need to bring, they tell you about the area so you can plan your stay. They have great properties varying in size and price to suit everyone. If you are looking for the easiest way to book the best Cape vacation, 30Ez is the way to go!"

"Scammers, pure and simple. Don't rent from them unless you like throwing security deposits away. They say they received estimates but NEVER presented them. The $300 was on top of a very steep cleaning fee. They are lying about most of what they say. There is no way they came close to spending almost $500 on anything them mention. We spent two hours completing their ridiculous list of departure requirements. The stain was a small amount of WATER. The only way there could be a stain is if the sofa was pure cotton. Who furnishes a beach house with cotton furniture? The spatula they mention can be purchased in bulk for under $10. Also, Knee Deep is a very dangerous place to stay for anyone. They have multiple gates at the TOP of stairs, the kind with bars at the ground. My wife almost fell down a full flight. Also, my dogs are well trained and taken out several times a day. They are housebroken and went with us to the dog friendly beaches. Don't return? As if we would ever consider using scam artists again."
