Shoreline Towers

"Room 2121 in my terms is a health hazard. The kitchen sink had a rubber insert that was nasty looking. I am not sure what residue was on it. I did not want to touch it. Rubber holds germs. Under the kitchen sink there was a cluster of junk, old ice trays, etc. We had to wipe down the white leather or leather like sofa with paper towels and the towel was black. In the living space the window near the balcony was cracked and red tape was covering the crack. The glass tables had water marks which means they had not been sanitized. The track which the sliding door was on had not been cleaned it had dirt in the crack. The chairs had ripping. In the master bedroom there was a table lamp sitting on the floor next to the dresser. Due to the lack of cleaning this condo, we had to purchase linen. We were afraid to sleep on the sheets and comforter. Also, we didn’t have a sufficient supply of tissue nor kitchen trash bags so we had to purchase some. Furthermore, the building was under construction we couldn’t sleep for knocking and banging going on. Moreover, no heated pool as advertised, and unable to park in the parking lot, the entrance way was so dirty and abandon looking. In all my days of traveling, I have never seen such an establishment in operation. Additionally, The showers are a safety hazard. The sliding door opens on the opposite side where the faucet is so you have to get in the shower to turn the water on someone could burn themselves. Never Go To Shoreline Tower"

"The complex is under construction, but that didn't bother us. The beach is still beautiful and the views from condo1092 are magnificent!! Unit 1092 is nicely decorated with a beachy shabby chic décor, the master bath is so nice! Once the construction is complete the complex will be great!!"

"Another edit! Tower 1 is almost done and very quiet. Tower 2 is also almost done...but still.lots of worker activity Tower 3 and townhomes are under construction! So many people saying they had no idea. It was in bold on our property and a discount. Still great property and if you shop around a great deal due to construction Edit! The property is under construction any unit starting with a 1 or 2 may be actively unconstructiin and the balcony locked from the outside or view blocked completely. This is because they're replacing windows doors and bringing balcony code. Tower 1 should start having units be finished soon. But some won't be until late fall 2022, towers 2 and 3 will probably be under construction through 2023. That said the beach is open, the pool and pickleball courts are open, the noise isn't bad (we were the in an under construction unit and knew going it) from 8 to 5. If you find a hot deal and don't plan to stay inside grab it, but if you're expecting quiet and tidy during construction wait a bit. Oh and new elevators will start going in fall 2022! I really love this property, not a massive complex but big enough to have nice amenities. I love the pickle ball courts! The location is great, 2 miles by beach to the state park, walkable by beach to The Backporch. The units mostly have great views, large bedrooms and balconies, and are a short walk to the water. FYI, no pets allowed, but other than that about perfect. I also like that the pool is away from the beach, less sand in the pool."

"Loved every minute here. Place was clean and everybody was so nice. Nice and easy to check in and check out. A little construction going on but that will make it even better. So close to Harbor Boardwalk as well. I will definitely be back."

"I will say in their defense the website does state that there is construction going on. However the worker that has been drilling holes into the concrete walls beside my front door for the last 3 hours straight is a little much. It started at 8am sharp every single morning.Alot of men are outside my door where I can't even walk out of room without tripping over tools or touching the wet paint ON my door and on the rug. I would not have stayed here for free had I known just how bad this was gonna be. Also stay away from the elevator is hits the wall on the way down looks like an old service elevator not one for paying guest.,☆ ☆ zx xxXsxXzxa update...after calling to complain they sent cleaners to my room almost an hour before checkout whom entered my room without knocking while my 11 year old daughter was changing in the living room (her brother was in the bathroom.) I also called them to complain about this and nothing was done the cleaners stood outside my door the entire time until we left(on time). Took them my key as it states on their app to return to them or there is a fee. The lady then proceeded to tell she is responding to my review as I also included pictures of their tower right next door outside of my balcony which had workers also disturbing everyone. She said that building is empty while it's being worked on even though there were clearly people there on the balconies overlooking the beach not alot but definitely people there or the workers are staying there at night. Kinda thought an apology would be what I got instead of reception sending people to our room to harass us and then arguing over which picture has which building in it."
