"This was the first apartment my wife and I ever had and let me just say that this place is really amazing! We really enjoyed our time where we got to call this place home. They kitchen, floors, and appliances where very state of the art! The ladies at the office were always there to help and made sure we were taken care of! It’s in the heart of Destin making it easy to get anywhere you need to be in the city…whether it’s food, shopping, or anything else! We would totally recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Destin!"
"Sugarloaf helped us out when we moved to Destin with short notice for the military. No matter the issue they helped us out and had amazing customer service. The apartments were well kept and had nice flooring, carpets, and countertops. The pool in the summer was also a nice addition. Could not recommend this place enough!"
"Lived here for two years. Fantastic location. Prices are decent compared to others in the area, and they have recently updated to stainless steel appliances and wood flooring which was nice. They have a nice little car wash area, as well as tennis court and pool. The maintenance staff is excellent and they always keep the grounds clean and in working condition. Never had any noise issues, walls aren’t paper thin. The office workers are extremely kind and helpful and even helped me out with moving in my first time and moving to a different unit in the same complex. I really enjoyed my stay here and I wish there was one where I am going. Thanks for the stay!"
"By far the best apartment complex in Destin! It has great location - close to the beach, malls, schools...The apartments are in great shape, and they maintain them very well! The place itself is very safe and quiet, lots of beautiful landscaping and parking spots...and the thing that really makes this place the best is the STAFF!!! Amazing People!!! Not only professional and polite, but they are really good people! And kind and good people are quite rare nowadays...."
