"Great little vacation home. Plenty of outdoor seating. Nice deck that is partially covered for when it rains and you can still see the water. Seen dolphins almost every morning and evening. Also seen a small sea turtle down in the waterby the dock. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The A/C keeps it cool on the hottest of days. Washer and dryer plus many more conveniences. The only downside is the one bathroom. It has a single stall shower thats pretty tight. The view from the main bed is a great water view, the mattress though needs updating it has low spots where you sleep that were uncomfortable. Other than those 2 things great place to stay."

"My husband and I have have traveled extensively around the USA and this was the most perfect house we have stayed on our travels. Gorgeous location with wildlife. Most days we would see dolphins swim by. Many sea birds. Large cranes and pelicans. The house was equipped with everything you would have at home, including the kitchen. We cooked our meals everyday at ease. The location is ideal if you choose to visit local restaurants. Short drive to Destin for the beach and shopping. Lots to see and do if you so choose. Thank you Alan for your hospitality and the wine! Looking forward to seeing you next year same time! Your New York Birds!!"
