"The hotel accommodated us and our dog very last minute due to issues getting into our condo with our dog and were so friendly and helpful. They let us hang out the next day in the lobby for a while until our new rental was available and everyone who worked there was extremely kind and it was very much appreciated. Breakfast and coffee were great too!"

"As a diamond member I’ve stayed at many locations all over the U.S. and this Hampton Inn was as expected with nice clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. What sets it a part from others is the front desk staff. I can’t say enough about how helpful, friendly and welcoming they were. Everyone I encountered was very nice and housekeeping was excellent, even leaving me a sweet little note. I have to mention in particular Karollin. She has such a warm way of greeting guests. I was there 5 days on business and after long work hours her kindness as I came in each evening was very much appreciated. Just one example, I tried to call down from my room one night, the handset wasn’t working and she couldn’t hear me. She immediately came up to make sure everything was ok. She’s a gem and a fine representative of all Hilton family properties! The only reason I left 4 stars for location is the entrance/exit is on a busy 4 lane road and poorly lit with no signage. After dark it can be easy to miss even when familiar with the area."
"Not bad, staff was friendly and breakfast is pretty good. Marked down for location and lack of laundry facility. Getting in and out of this area can be a pain with traffic. Turn down service is every other day. TVs do not have apps available (Netflix, etc). Gym is basic but adequate. Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle."
"We often stay in Hampton inns as we appreciate the breakfast. The staff at this one were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast nice. Our six year old really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which is quite small but it was only us in it. This is about 30 minutes drive from Destin."
