"We had an unfortunate situation with our rental for the week being delayed a day and Hilton Niceville-Eglin AFB was able to help us out last minute and everyone was so kind! We couldn't get into our new rental until later in the day and they accommodated us with a late check out and also let us hang out in the lobby/table area for an hour or so until we had somewhere to go. Breakfast was good, and coffee was always hot and fresh!"
"This hotel and our room were very clean and staff is friendly. Love the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom! Also loved the beautiful hardwood-look flooring...no carpet. The rooms are small and what's advertised as two queen beds seem smaller and more like a full at best. No seating in the room except for a desk chair. Only a shower was in our room which made bathing our 2 year old challenging. "Closet" hangars are situated above the refrigerator area so there isnt a good place for hanging longer items on a hanger. Extremely disappointed that there is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. Although these are in the lobby, I prefer not to have to get dressed to have my morning coffee. If you're looking for efficiency and business traveling, ok, but our room was not conducive to a family with a small child. I love Hilton brand, but this was not at its best."
"Very quiet and cozy place to stay if in the area. Breakfast was ok with different meats everyday and coffee was strong and hot. Staff was friendly and accommodating and rooms were super clean. Hard to turn left out of the hotel but other than that I would stay here again."
"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean and had a nice smell. The staff was also very accommodating in when I had asked for an extra set of towels they were left in our room for us. The complimentary breakfast was great and a huge plus to our 2 kids. We will definitely be staying here again!!"
