"One Star Standard with this company, for several reasons. Reason 1.) The maintenance done was straight up the landlord special, paint over bugs mismatched paint, and when we got into the place the floors were as dirty as could be even though they said they were brand new. On top of that I had to do my own repairs on most things due to the maintenance team saying "that sounds like it's under the $25 dollar tenant maintenance" Reason 2.) I left on the 31st of August turned all my keys into their key drop box on their property and they charged me for the entire month of September! And when I called they said can we call you back our book keeper is on lunch. How does that responsibility fall on just one person, why? Not have back ups seems like a square geared staffing. I'll update this as this bookkeeping nightmare unfolds."

"Stay away from this company. They don’t seem to care about doing any upkeep or maintenance on their rental houses. They charged us for damages that were done before we moved in that I documented on their move in sheet and now they’re charging me for them after they never fixed them to begin with. What a horrible experience, they never answer the phone and they are incredibly hard to get ahold of. If you could give 0 stars I would."

"This company bought out my contract with Century 21 and was nothing but sub par. Poor communication, did not meet contractual agreements and did not have my interest as a home owner in mind. They did not do perform on time interim inspections. When tenants move out the staff they hire to clean the house in preparation for the next tenant is poor and they go unchecked. Further any repairs which are required are not followed up on and again owner funds pay for this when it should have come from the security deposit because they did not do an inspection on the house when they took over the contract. Office staff is short with you over the phone and the property managers (Ms. Katie Peugh) specifically was non responsive and unprofessional. I asked for my home to be managed by another rep after months of communication issues. Stay away from this company."

"DO NOT RENT FROM ERA. If you have a better option, take it!!! They took $1000.00 of my deposit for pine needles on the roof, weeds in the yard, not trimming bushes, "excessive nail holes" when I had only put up 4 pictures, hauling a refrigerator out which I had to keep in the living room the whole year, and pressure washing garage floor for cat urine odor...on top of the deposit I paid to have the cats. They will rip you off no matter how clean you leave it. But I never imagined they would keep 1K for normal change of tenant upkeep. Mary Lou Oreolt."
