"customer service was okay.. but wouldn’t recommend coming back here if i were you. room i stayed in was 123 and people above us were so loud and stomping and yelling. room was fine except the floor… the floor was really dirty and after the 1st night i stayed i woke up with weird bites on my arms and thighs and i’m assuming they are bed bug bites. not the best place wouldn’t stay here if was free."

"I do not recommend this place at all rooms are terrible some have the shower tub clogged some have very little to no pressure on the shower and last but not least people next door were having a party past 10 pm on a Thursday I contacted the front desk and they did NOTHING so please don't waste ur money if u really looking for a place to rest find another place.. if I could give this place a minus 5 stars I would"

"I have traveled all over the united states and by far this was the scariest place i have booked. I was there for 5 minutes and asked for a refund. People in the parking lot yelling, the rooms were nasty and dirty. I felt like i could catch hepatitis A B and C sitting on the bed. NEVER will i return."

"I stayed at this motel in 2019 for a few days while visiting family, and found it to be clean and comfortable. Therefore when I came to visit family in November 2023, I decided to book a room here again. I wish I had read the more recent reviews as this Super 8 has fallen on hard times. When I arrived there were people yelling outside on the hotel’s balcony — my first clue that something was amiss. My room had ample hot water but there were black hairs on my sheets and pillows — like the sheets hadn’t been changed from the last guest. Since I had arrived around 10pm, I decided I would just deal with it and sleep in my clothes on top of a bath towel. There was a bar of soap in the bathroom but no shampoo — not a problem since I bring my shampoo with me. No kleenex. Although the website states that there is a free light breakfast and an in-room coffee/tea maker, there isn’t. Coffee is available in the lobby but there isn’t any breakfast — just some sodas they offer for sale in the fridge that they formerly used to hold yogurt and milk in during breakfast the last time I stayed here. Not a big deal, but annoying that it’s advertised on their website, but it’s not true. I can see if someone stayed here with kids they would be let down. There was noise outside all night and people coming and going. Cigarette burns on the upholstered chair and bedspread (even though it was a non smoking room) and some sort of dried smeared stuff on the desk chair. The lamps were rusted and dirty and overall the room felt unclean. I’m glad the floors were not carpeted. There was a washing machine sitting in the parking lot, and from the weathered look of it and the tarp that sorta covered it, it might have been there a while. I don’t think I will return. The motel is not worth the $87 price point I paid and felt more like a place people would rent by the hour. It’s really sad because I enjoyed this Super 8 when I stayed here four years ago."

"Upon entering the lobby one would think the rooms would reflect that clean and bright image. Panda checked us in and was very friendly and outgoing. She was where the bright, clean and friendly stopped. We were in a king, non smoking room. The room had definitely been smoked in, more than once. There were burn holes in all of the bedding, the desk chair, the “decorative” chair (which had a broken leg) as well as the window shades. The room was also very musty smelling and the ceiling appeared to have mold or something and was painted over. The bathroom door had random hairs scattered on it, the sink didn’t drain properly, the shower was not clean, the shower faucet also dripped non stop. The rooms are not cleaned daily, we were told on our third night that Wyndham’s policy is three days before a clean. This included no fresh towels or wash cloths. Two night in a row we tried to get clean wash cloths. Both times we were told there wasn’t any and things are hard due to construction. We are not sure what construction has to do with laundry, but that was the reason as to why. There is not a breakfast included like they claim, not even juice or coffee is available. There are no plastic cups in the room by the ice bucket. The grass is overgrown and the dog waste basket is overfilled and piled up. The parking lot was littered with cat food all three days. It looked like someone was feeding cats as you would chickens. When I went to check out, no one was in the lobby. She was sitting on the steps outside of the office talking on the phone. I walked right past her and another guy to walk into the lobby. The house keeper had to tell her there was someone waiting inside. Had refunds been allowed, we would have went elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in the area."
