"Thieves. Booked a (non refundable) room on the Booking app for about $87. Got to hotel and they demanded an extra $100 (cash preferred) before giving me the room key. After much conversational stress I gave them the money so I could get some sleep."
"Stayed here for two nights during a motorcycle trip. It appears the rooms have been recently remodeled and were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Will definitely stay again."
"I had booked a room at this hotel on 10/22 after midnight thru Priceline and just needed to sleep for a few hours. On arrival, I could see the hotel was empty except for a few cars in the parking lot. When the night clerk came to the window I told him I had just made a reservation and told him my name. He walked over and looked at his sheet and came back. He said, "I see it and it's non-refundable, but check-in isn't until 2pm." I asked him if there was any way he could check me in "now" because I just needed to sleep a few hours and the hotel is empty? And I made it for the 22nd and it was the 22nd?? He said, "no, I'm sorry" and walked away. This is NOT right and it is NOT okay!! I work at a hotel and we would have accommodated a guest in this situation! How is a person traveling on the interstate who makes a reservation after midnight for the same night suppose to get a room??!!! I want a refund! This is unacceptable!!"
"The first room they gave me remakes of cigarettes smoke the second smelled of smoke not as bad. The room was not clean you could see fingerprints and food smears on the tables. The bed was old you could hear the springs. Saving grace there was cable. The man at the front was nice. Because of my cat they charged me 25$ for what though? It’s a cleaning fee for my cat however the room was not clean anyway so the fee was gratis"
"The room was cleaner then other hotels for similar price in the area. Linens were clean and the beds were decent. Staff in the morning very friendly. We had a non-smoking room that had a slight smell to it, possibly from other smoking rooms nearby? But it was tolerable."
