"This is QUITE the cozy little place in Riverside. I did an extended stay in Bethany's place for an internship at UNF and it was just as pleasant as can be. The place is clean. The bed is comfortable. She's got everything you need to cook for yourself and eat. The area is peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are really friendly. When you step out the door - look to your left and ENJOY the St. John's River. I had coffee out there as many mornings as I could; and at a full moon you're not gonna see a prettier site. I arrived July 1st and was able to view the fireworks downtown a from one of the benches out back by the river - it was a side view, but enjoyable none-the-less. Bethany was really quick with responses when I had a concern. She sent me a link to check status on the hurricane Idalia that was in the area, and afterward the lock started acting up. I told her it must have been the power outage (brief) she said, "Nope, just needs a battery replacement..." LOL. I didn't think anything of replacing it right quick and she OVER reimbursed me for the batteries immediately! She was also very kind and sensitive to the painful loss in my family I experienced while there. Go ahead and book this one. I'm going to chose this place (when available) WHENEVER I visit my family in JAX."
