"We rented this home sight unseen coming from AZ. When we arrived at the home it was filthy with spider webs everywhere. Our 3 year old granddaughter's feet were black in 5 minutes of her shoes being off and she was bit by a spider our first night in the home which resulted in a urgent care visit. The walls were spot painted with a different color, took us 2 hours to clean the fridge and a day to clean the home. We paid for a "re-decorating" fee for when we move out which tells me it should have been move-in ready. The air filter was black and not changed nor did they provide the filters as the lease stated. The repairs that had to be done on home were done on their part-time real estate agent's time, which he really didn't know what he was doing and fixed things in a way they lasted about a day or a week! Everything was a waiting game with them! The home was very quiet, but the HOA picks on renters and has favortism with its long term residents, (Sweet Gum Village in Foley). There was mold around kitchen sink for the entire year, because counter was not installed correctly and there was a gap between counter and sink where water shot through and would soak your clothes. The toilets bang when done filling up after flushing. Upon move out, they charged us for everything they possibly could including vinyl blinds on the french doors that were brittle and breaking when we moved in and we replaced them with curtains and left them. We had to pay $85 for new faux blinds when the previous ones were the cheap vinyl blinds and they tried to get us on $85 labor to hang them when we sent over a complaint in the beginning of our lease. They said, "you didn't file a maintenance request", so not our problem. I will give them this, they did waive the labor on the blinds after disputing the charges and gave us our curtains back. They also charged us for pet hair on the windows and blinds but we had to clean all of them when we moved in and we did clean them prior to moving out but it wasn't good enough. THEY HAVE DOUBLE STANDARDS! They improve the home on the renter's dime! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! Also, to the home owner (Bob's World), you really should look into what they are doing to your property, they are not doing anything right with repairs! They office staff always says, "refer to your lease"! READ THE RULES ON THE LEASE, everything is on the renter!"

"For a year I had to put up with issues that were never corrected in the house I was renting by them, I had to go to the owner and then it would get half done. Also, the last few months, I had to deal with snakes and mice and that issue still has yet to be fixed. I would never recommend them... I also feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them. There is much more I could say but I'll leave it at that"
