"2/5/24 Update: I said I would update my reviews when the company addressed the issues so I am happy to say that they have installed vertical blinds at the patio doors as well as they are actively installing privacy fences for each home that is completed at this point. I expressed my concerns about lack of smart home features and they have installed video doorbell cameras. Looking forward to seeing if they add anything else to the Smart Home features in the future. Still waiting for the Clubhouse to be completed and open which I believe is expected to be done in the next month or 2. The ladies in the office are very nice, helpful, and responsive. I am very content here and we are about 1/3 of the way through or lease. Seeing some great incentives for new people to move to the community and hoping to see some discount offers like that to renew our lease when the time comes. Thank you to the ladies in the office for advocating the current tenants needs! Original Review: Giving a 1 star review for now until the company decides they will fence in the back yards. Not only for privacy but now that we moved in we realized there are no shades on the back SGD and while in the back yard you can see in the living room of each home clear as can be… not cool. The leasing agent in the office, Charity, is fantastic and very helpful and she is really the only reason we chose this place without having a fence. When the company decides to make privacy a top priority I will change my review to 5 stars."

"This community was absolutely gorgeous! The homes are immaculate and the community is both wholesome and inviting. Feels like a very safe location for families and excellent access to downtown Foley. The property management staff were always quick to respond to any and all questions and never shied away from making themselves available and helpful! A+++ recommendation for this up in coming community!"

"Just moved in and neighbors can walk right through your backyard with their pets, no privacy at the back door provided so everyone can see in my house. Noticed tonight that you can see in all the houses to the right so none of us have privacy on our back porch or inside despite being in my own space. If the company that owns this doesn’t fence in the yard then I have already decided I don’t want to renew a lease despite the ladies in the leasing office being the best out of any of the homes we toured the last few months."
