The Reserve of Foley

"We just moved here last week and we love it so far, I just have one complaint. I’m not sure if this is a valid thing to be a little upset about and I understand this is an apartment complex, but make sure to have cleaning supplies ready if you move in. It looks like they did almost nothing to clean it. And the amount of paint everywhere there shouldn’t be paint is crazy. I’ve spent days scraping/scrubbing paint off floors, counters, door handles, cabinets, mirrors, carpet, and light switches because it looked awful. And the actual clumps and strands of hair painted into the base boards and/or walls. The place is really lovely and i have no other complaints other than the amount of time i’ve had to spend fixing someone else’s mistakes. I completely understand this is a rental and i wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but it’s just inconvenient. Other than that I love our new space and the people in the office are very very sweet and so helpful and responsive! :) Specifically Jeanette "

"About 4 months ago my wife and I were considering relocating back to Foley, we called the Reserve did the application and the fee was half off due to a special. We paid the fee and were denied. Which was fine until I started getting billed again for the full application fee. We called and the management said they would handle it. That was 5 calls ago made to management and with them still saying that they would handle the issue. I had to pay it so it wouldn't adversely affect my credit. This is a very poor way to conduct a business. Makes me wonder how many other people are getting stolen from by these criminals. Charge $60.00 a person on the application and then deny it. And then rob customers who are probably already having a rough time these days. Being a 100% disabled veteran from duty in the middle east and paying child support, I don't have money to just give to this crooked and greedy organization that steals from veterans. This place doesn't deserve 1 star and they need to be looked into by Baldwin County's finest. And I personally despise thievery in any way. So, stay there if yall want but this place doesn't deserve you."

"Everyone here has been wonderful, very friendly but I have to say it was Ms.Jena who I met first her. She is amazing other apartment complexes I had been to that first day were nice. Jena was nice, very informative. When we left that day we knew exactly the when,where and how. If I had a question she answered asap. She is a gem!!!!"

"I have lived here for months now and my family and I love it here!! It's beautiful and welcoming. Cammie in the office rented the unit to me and has been awesome. She has answered all my questions kindly and still patient with my calls now. Maintenance has responded quickly and the guys are always so nice and funny. I have no complaints and highly recommended these beautiful apartments. A plus are the many amenities and gorgeous pool. Even my children like living here. Great location too!"
