Sevilla Place Apartments

"I moved in to my apartment back in 2021 and was told that I would receive my security deposit back. When it was time to move out it changed from a security deposit to a non refundable risk fee. I talked to management several times. My lease states security deposit not a risk fee. Total scam artist. The apartments are poorly made you can hear everything constantly, they let a million foreign people move into one apartment and they move and party all night. I was never able to get any sleep. The bugs are outrageous. These centipedes come in year round and It was nothing they could do about it. I could literally see holes/cracks under my door. Also, the neighbors upstairs would tear the floor and pipes up purposely and I had a hole in my ceiling over my shower for 3 months until I called corporate to fix it for me. I also purchased a reserved parking spot that people would continue to park in and they were never asked to be removed or towed. This complex is a total joke. People from other buildings bring their dogs over to our building and leave their dog poop all in front of your door and the sidewalk when we clearly have a dog park. My car my broken in to numerous times. When I asked for camera footage they told me that the cameras didn’t work. Definitely an unpleasant experienced."

"I LOVE living here. My apartment is bright and spacious, the swimming pool and gym are well-equipped and clean, and the landscaping and building exteriors are kept in good repair. Also, the staff is efficient and responsive, and they are nice people, too!"

"Andrea Smith has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We had been trying to get into another apartment complex in Foley and they were terrible wt communicating. So, we decided we would look into Sevilla place some more. So glad we did because it was so easy to apply and management was so on top of everything. Despite a few issues out of their control we were able to move in on our scheduled date. We love the community already and feel right at home. Thanks Sevilla place and Andrea!"

"We have lived at Sevilla place for a couple of years. It was taken over by new management after our first year and it has been terrific. It is one of the newest, nicest and most reasonably priced places in the area. One of the best things about Sevilla Place and the new management is Eddy the maintenance man. He responds so quickly anytime we needed anything and is always very kind. Since he started all the amenities (pool, bbq and charcoal grill, etc.) have been top notch and if anything does break it is fixed within a couple of days or sooner. Eddy and the other staff keep the premises very clean, tidy and safe which is very important to us since we have small children. If you are looking for a place to live in Foley, pick Sevilla. Its great!"

"We have lived at Sevilla Place for over 3 years. Recently the ownership/property management has changed hands and the improvements in all areas have been very noticeable. The complex is now clean and well maintained. The common areas have been redone in a style more in keeping with the ambience of the complex as a whole. The gym is clean and well provisioned with equipment. The pool area is super clean and comfortable. Under previous management maintenance was haphazard at best. Now filter changes and pest control occur on a regular basis. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very personable and easy to work with. They are all continually doing both big and little things to improve the appearance and the comfort of living here. Where this place originally was about a 6 or 7, it is now a strong 9 to 10 and continuing to improve."
