"Living in Cypress Village is a dream come true the townhouses are well built, and luxurious! Brittany,the office mgr goes above & beyond to make sure everything runs smooth in our neighborhood! We absolutely love Mr. Pete,and Chase, they are amazing and take care of maintenance issues promptly! When our dog Phoebe sees them on their rounds through the neighborhood, she gets really excited! Virginia is very helpful and friendly! Overall, we look forward to coming home to Cypress after a long night of work, it is quiet and peaceful here!"

"The parking area is atrocious. We park in a grass field. My vehicle doesn't fit in the assigned parking spaces. We've lost parking spaces. The Corporate Management team refuses to make more parking spaces. Rent has increased $1000 per month over the last 7 years. Last year was close to a 20% increase. We lost the resort style pool and had a poor replacement even though we've received major rent increases. I will say the Brittany in the office is wonderful and Pete who does maintenance is top notch. Both of them are 5 star and are wonderful. The corporate team also doesn't offer more than a 12 month lease on renewal for some reason. You can get a longer lease on your first lease. Makes no sense."
"I like living here. Brittany (Manager) is awesome! They are always helpful and professional. I have read other reviews that the rent continues to rise, but I hope to be able to stay for awhile. If I had any negatives, it is that we don't have community get togethers, "get to know your neighbor" mixers and occasional special events. There has been one event that I know of and it was a market. There are so many things we could do that wouldn't cost CV a ton of money, but would give us more a sense of community."
