Firehouse Subs North Lakeland

"Jeanne, put me on hold for 5 min, when I got to the store it was empty 2 people leaving with their order. Jeanne also went back and fourth with me as if I were trying to get a free sandwich out of a large order with only 1 item being made incorrectly. Also Jeanne it doesn't take over 10 minutes to make a sandwich when their was not any orders ahead my order. Jeanne you deserve a decrease in your wage. It cost absolutely nothing to be kind and considerate. Well wishes to you Jeanne. I would say we won't be back but that's obvious."

"I observed the most disgusting thing ever at this restaurant and will not be back. As the guy was making sandwiches, I observed him actively picking his nose and continue to making the sandwich. I really thought that I was seeking things. So I started to pay closer attention. I observed him continue to touch his face, wipe his nose and continue to make sandwiches. I was in utter disgust. The manager was standing there and I told her to make him stop touching his face while he is making the sandwiches and please change his gloves. The manager did comply and make him go wash his hands and change his gloves; explaining that he was new. This really is not an excuse for the employees behavior. I would think that being fresh out of training he would have been very careful with sanitation. It was a mess to watch and I really feel that he was doing it on purpose because as he continued the actions, he kept glancing at me seeing that I was seeing him and what he was doing. Witnessing this today made me sick to my stomach and I will not be back. This will serve as encouragement for me to bring my own lunch to work."

"Great visit here! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Jeanne at the register was so very patient, kind and such a pleasure! Our food came out right away perfect and overall was an EXCELLENT experience! Way to go!"

"This is the first time I've ever been to a firehouse Firehouse subs fast food place and this is my honest review when we walked in it took us a minute to figure out where to order from there must have been six people in there and it was they where disorganized The tables were dirty they took our order and didn't mention to us how are where to collect our order, I walked up to the counter and asked how do we pick up our order do you deliver it to us at the table do you bring it to us to the counter do you call our name I don't know how you give our food to us our food came 22 minutes after we arrived with seven people working I think they probably could have got it to us a little faster but they didn't it looked a little disorganized behind the counter were six or seven people were walking around each other continuously, the place didn't seem like it was very homey as a place that you could just sit down and enjoy a family gathering, I ordered the half brisket and the macaroni the brisket was okay it wasn't great the macaroni was awful I felt like I was eating raw pasta macaroni very chewy my son ordered the chicken sandwich and he said the tastiest part of his sandwich was to pickle we paid $25 even for a meal and I'll be the first to say that I could have gotten subway for $18 and had a much better meal will I go there again probably not."

"Rude as heck for one. Second, I asked if my sandwich was suppose to be hot and their response was it comes how it comes. Says the bread comes toasted and they press it unless told otherwise. OKAY THEN WHY IS MY SANDWICH COLD!! Horrible experience. Never again. Not to mention their soda machine was DISGUSTING WITH MOLD. And staff just gossiped and gossiped while customers in the store. You need to reevaluate your employees."
