"Southernmost is in a nice location and the newly renovated beachside rooms are beautiful. That said, for what you are paying it does not show like a resort property. The beach area needs new lounge chairs as they are soiled and not attractive. The pier was destroyed by the hurricane in 2022 and has not been repaired at this time. The reception area is located in a maze of hallways in a motel-like portion of the property. The prices of the rooms are extremely high. While our room was recently renovated and very nice, definitely not worth paying between $1000 and $1900 for a night, even in peak season. That being said access to local restaurants and attractions is excellent and staff is very helpful."
"We arrived early and our room was ready which was a great surprise. The reception staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Daily housekeeping was excellent and also very accommodating. Both pools were nice and the attached beach was very convenient. It took a bit to get use to the resident roosters and chickens but that’s Key West."
"Absolutely Great Service! We were welcomed by Conner at the Front Desk and received 5 Star Service Excellence by him. We are so happy that we decided to stay at this Resort as it offers something for everyone. Conner made our Wedding Anniversary so memorable that we are extending our stay and will definitely be back. Best Location too! Rooms are very clean and spacious. THANK YOU to Conner and Team!"
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Southernmost resort. We arrived very early and were able to relax poolside while waiting for our room. Staff were attentive to questions and were always friendly. The location on the island was perfect for coordinating accommodations for our group of 15, and multiple modes of easy transportation were always close by. When I return to Key West I'll likely stay at the same place."
"I wanted to share our experience in case anyone was on the fence! We had a wonderful experience and would stay here again. Our room was beautiful and clean! No odor and shower was wonderful (adding since other reviews complained about these, we had zero problems). Staff was great, very nice! We loved the pool by the bar, the location near lots of restaurants, and the beach access. So happy with the decor here, I picked this hotel because it was so adorable online and I was not disappointed! Left this morning and already wish I was back."
