"Here it is 4:30 am and I am still listening to the construction worker next door snore. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear entire conversations. I can hear the man sigh, for goodness sakes. To top that off, I was quoted one price but charged more. Going to an important event today grumpy from no sleep, and then long drive home. Worst hotel experience ever in almost seven decades."
"Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life and I travel on average 4 nights a week staying in hotels. I arrived to the hotel and had a seemless check-in, was given the keys to my room and proceeded to get settled in. About 30 minutes later a different guest was checked into my room and proceed to walk right into my room while I was laying in bed. At 12am the night Manager proceeded to walk into my room without knocking or announcing himself and woke ke up from a dead sleep saying I couldn't be here and I needed to leave. I would like to be contacted by management to discuss this situation further."
"We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious. . The hotel is well kept up we will be staying again if the need arises.The bathroom had mold on the ceiling but you could tell they trying spray it. Loved the breakfast. The lady there was wonderful. Everyone there needs a raise. They worked so hard."
"Love this place and I keep going back. Makes you feel like home away from home and the front desk lady Kayla is amazing and understanding. Both Kayla and Pat has great customer service skills. And don't mention the cook lady, breakfast is always hot and tasty"
"We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom is a split style(sink in one area and the shower and toilet in another), making getting ready in the morning faster for a family of 4. The hotel is well kept up we will be staying again if the need arises."
