"The location is great, and in an area that feels safe. The staff were very friendly, and check in was smooth. The room was comfy and clean! I would stay here again."
"Front desk check in clerk not people friendly/Front in Check out clerk very friendly and helpful. Room was ok but the seals within the door were not sealed and air conditioner worked but wasn't cooling the room properly due to the seals. We really didn't feel safe at that location. **How would you describe the hotel? we only had select choice, so I put great value as it won't let me bypass that. I would only describe it as its ok as a last resort."
"I'm looking at how they're treating this young black girl who's checking out. One housekeeper went in and destroyed the young girl room because she was mad at her. This is so wrong. She went and got someone else to witness the mess. I will not be staying here again. I chose this place because I thought it was a good fit. I didn't know the housekeeper could be so cruel. Whoever is reading this take pictures before and after. I'm going to reach out to they corporate office because prejudices are unacceptable"
