"No on-site management, nor on-site office. Daily, weekly, and monthly units. They have a hard time fixing things, as well as keeping the grounds clean. If you plan on spending your time at the beach and just need a shower and bed, this place is perfect. They've since given the place a face lift, but there's still an issue with upkeep, and a trash issue in the dumpster corral."
"Way overpriced the only thing good about it is location. Management is very rude, unfriendly, and all of my clothes got stole and the only ones with a key besides me is the management. I would definitely say do not rent anything from these folks unless you want to walk around naked because they will definitely go in your room when you are not there and steal your belongings!"
"Gave me wrong room! I booked this place last minute due to weather, location, health condition and suffering persecution and injustice! Room has handicap entrance for handicap which I am not thank God, bath is too small , no shower liner so when you bathe water splashes everywhere especially when you bathe like a real mermaid like me! Can’t close bathroom door ,AC electrical outlet cover is loose which I noticed when unplugging it, peaceful ambiance and clean with plenty hot water tho but needs remodeling and renovation"
"Booked on line ,from the picture it did look nice. After I got there I had to call and ask for a code to unlock the lock box to get the key to open the door. After inside the TV wasn't working so I called the office back and stated to him what was going on. His reply was it was working this morning, then said ill try to send someone over if I can find someone. I was like what!!! More to it all but a place I'd never stay again...."
"The rooms are large, great location right off of the beach, and people seem to keep to themselves. Management is so friendly and it's so close to Publix, BurgerFi, DollarTree, CVS& Walgreens, a Pier and tons of restaurants and bakeries."
