Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood

"Kept awake until 2am when the music stopped on the rooftop dance floor, we were sleeping on a floor below. I called the desk at midnight, the person said he thought it would stop at 12:30am, and said that the check in person must have forgotten to tell us about the music. So I think he flat out lied. When we checked- in, our room wasn't ready and the desk person blamed housekeeping, housekeeping was not replying to her walkie talkie calls. But she didn't bother sending someone to check on the room or the housekeeping person. After an hour past our check-in time, see asked for any room She seemed bothered that we would ask... so did she retaliate? Did she put us below the dance floor on purpose? And then not mention the noise. I would have switched hotels had we been informed. You need to refund my room!"

"If you want sleep don't stay here. It's the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. The nightclub/ restaurant on the rooftop goes till after 2am. Even with earplugs it was loud. The beds are comfy. And it's nice it's across from the Hard rock casino. Or stay on a Friday when the rooftop is closed."

"The hotel was gorgeous! The hotel was awesome from the time of arrival to the time of departure. The location was awesome if attending the casino across the street. There was a shuttle bus for the casino. The casino was a beautiful attraction. The pool on the rooftop of the hotel was luxurious. There was a McDonald's in the same area & it was a convenient 1 minute walk."

"Rooms were beautiful & spacious. Bathroom was amazing. Front desk staff, especially Andre was fantastic. Valets were fast & courteous. The hostesses at the rooftop bar were the most unwelcoming & rude restaurant employees I’ve ever come across. They wouldn’t allow us to go in to the bar yet spoke Spanish to their friends arriving after us and welcomed them all in with open arms. We asked if we could wait to go in, and were told we could wait but we were never getting in. I’m in the hotel & restaurant industry myself and would never allow such arrogant people to greet my guests. They were pompous and ruined our entire experience."

"I recently attended an event in the area of the Dolce, You're greeted at the front door with valet parking in a smile and informed that your luggage would be taken care of. As I entered the ambience of this hotel was immediately felt,the cleanliness and care throughout the hotel is most obvious. The rooms felt light and airy, very inviting I have a bad back so I always worry about sleeping out. When I laid down it was like being at home firm but yet cradling, and the rooftop pool area for less than a better word marvelous the view of the city the night lights twinkling in a distance, and to see the H.R. guitar, only a few blocks away was delightful, I was able to take my crazy wild nights out knowing it would be a quick walk back to as I will now refer to as my home away from home. I will recommend the Dolce to everyone that has an event within a 50 mile vicinity of Hollywood, Florida"
