"0 star these people are horrible they have bad rats and roaches staff are very rude my celling was literally about to fall bc they had a water leakage asked them to fix it for 2 weeks no one came I stopped paying but kept staying there they told me the reason they couldn’t fix my celling was bc people wasn’t paying there rent that has nothing to do with me eventually the rats had came falling thru the roof me and my mom was so freaked out they where biting thru the walls and door and wouldn’t stop their all outside their everywhere don’t come to Kenwood stay far away from this place"

He told me it's a business dission and I was a "CRACK HEAD' number one, I have never and never will do crack, oh I'm hear to do business with the Trop, (contracting work) and this short Luigi Mario looking Brother joker outright called me a crack head, well he gonna hear from my attorney, he opened himself and the hotel to a defamation and slander lawsuit along with the owner. throwing stories innuendos and accusations at me like that can make me lose thousands of dollars in contracts, no one wants to hire a contractor with a drug problem can you see it's going to be up"

"This place should be shut down and condemned the management is a nutty woman named ilean and the mantance let me tell u looks like a pretty scooter on Crack. And ask him to fix something his ideal is a trash bag over the window which tells me maybe he is a method attack .plz don't rent there .this place haven't Changed from all the other bad reviews"

"I used to stay here as a child and it was terrible but now that I'm an adult paying for myself I've seen this place become much better. They've cleaned it up very well and the rooms are much cleaner. They don't just let anyone in anymore so you don't have to worry about if something will happen."

"Its terrible. Cockroaches and other bugs I couldn't identify. Spice dealer she sits outside office, crack dealer in the back, a drunk raving lunatic maintenance guy. And a pregnant hooker that's into anything. Manager is either dumb stupid or blind not to see this going on and the owners don't care.... you can tell there are couple of families that stay to them selves but the rest are the dregs of society. The assistant manger allows hookers in he can't say his doesn't since he hugs them when they enters and leaves. No place for decent ppl. It could be nice but you would have to start with the ppl who run it..."
