"Great place when not staying at a Disney resort. Gentleman at the front desk got me ice from the bar when I asked where the ice was. Awesome! Rooms were super clean. Easy parking. Only a few minutes from a Tesla charging station. Recommended."
"We were very impressed with our stay at the AC. The parking (with a fee) was plentiful and the lot was well lit at night. The lobby was very clean with a modern design and had a great, fresh smell. The bar was large and appeared well stocked (although we did not utilize it). Check-in was simple and smooth and the front desk associate was very friendly. The elevators required a key card to use which is a great touch for safety. Our room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet for being directly off the highway. The bed and pillows were nothing special, just a typical hotel setup. The bathroom was spacious, with a wonderful bathroom mirror with great light. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and featured a waterfall/rain head as well as a handheld one. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future!"
"My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room cleanliness was a major issue, as our room remained unserviced throughout our stay despite repeated requests to the front desk. This lack of attention to basic hospitality standards was disappointing. I would recommend others to look for alternative accommodations to ensure a more pleasant stay."
"I was impressed with the modern decor and cleanliness of the Hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious for a decent price. The Hotel is easy to access and also close to Disney Springs, just a short drive away."
"Destiny,DD, Manager Debria When we first walked in we were met with air conditioning. Immediate 5 star. The king suite is roomy, clean and smells nice. It’s very welcoming. There are NO bugs NO bed bugs and they have a bar downstairs. The hotel is secure so we felt safe. You’ll need a key just to use the elevator. There was always a staff member at the front desk and maintenance helped fix my AC immediately after I called. The atmosphere is very professional, clean, and inviting to the guests. I would come back and I would recommend this place as well."
