"I want to thank Monica, Raphael, and the rest of the staff for being accommodating and very nice to me at this location on 2/9/24. This is one one of the best Hampton Inn I have visited. As a longtime Hilton member I want to say kudos to this staff."

"Check in was easy and quick. Great service from Abi and later assisted by little guy because our keys would not work. Promptly rectified by technician who changed the door lock mechanism. Complimentary breakfast presented well, good replenishment by attendants. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, lovely shower( one of the best I've used) and on the seventh floor overlooking the airport, conveniently close, from where we flew out of after a two night stay. On arrival at airport a long wait for courtesy bus (1hr), because I guess we arrived after the bus had completed it's on the hour run? Front desk had said ," it will be with you in 30/35 minutes". Ah well, driver very informative on the facilities surrounding the hotel Thanks to all the friendly staff."

"We stayed here after our cruise. To be honest, I had very low expectations, especially having booked at the InterContinental Miami. To my surprise, this hotel was better. The staff, the room, the lack of hearing others in the halls, no doors slamming, easy access to outside dining. This all ranks at the top for me. They also have complimentary shuttle service to the port and airport. We will reserve here moving forward for future cruises."

"We stayed here one night to catch our cruise the next morning. Great location (very close to the airport) and customer service. Abby at the front desk was very helpful and answered every question I had. She helped me book a shuttle for my group of 14 to the cruise port. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again while visiting the area."

"Great location close to airport with free shuttle service. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff (Our driver was great and even said hi when we seen him at the grocery store after his shift!) Concierge Giarah sorry unsure of Spelling? ) Was so friendly and helpful she even gave us suggestions and coupons for nearby restaurants and helped get us scheduled for the cruise port shuttle. We appreciate all of her support. The breakfast was great and pool area nice! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!"
