"Beyond and I mean beyond grateful and thankful and satisfied. The team and Dr at this location went all out. Long story short, an appt was made for an extraction but was taken for a consultation. My wife has been dealing with an issue for over a year, the team didn’t have the time to do the extraction that she needed before visiting the ortho. The team went back-and-forth back-and-forth and back-and-forth with the doctor, even though they didn’t have any time they did the extraction for her.she needed the extraction done because she is very out of alignment with her mouth. I was already on fire, they saw that and they took into consideration the story and problems, and even though they didn’t have time, they still accepted my wife. They did the extraction at perfect timing because she needs to go to an ortho on Tuesday. I am beyond satisfied and grateful and thankful for this doctor and her team I would recommend them to anybody."
"On 11/1/23 l had a scheduled appt with Dr Jennifer, but first l met her staff the ladies were beyond nice & professional, they even helped me check in with there ipad thing. They were so patient with me. Them i met Dr Jennifer she made me so comfortable. I love them u will 2. C"
"I have been left speechless with the rude treatment received from the person who answered my call. I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Meadow for almost three years. Unfortunately I was not able to make an appointment before due to problems with illnesses and death of close relatives and to my surprise the secretary or person who answered the phone could not help me with the only appointment that was available for September 26 at 8:30 am. I told this person that the appointment was very close to the time I left work. This person did not take into account how long I have been a patient at this clinic when giving me a no for an answer when I tried to arrive half an hour later. I have the highest opinion of Dr. Meadows but I will not return to this clinic after such a heartless treatment. I'm a nurse and I understand how medical appointments work but your customer service is really useless. As I already said, neither I nor my husband will return to this clinic nor will I recommend it to anyone else of my friends."
