"We contacted emergency dentistry for a root canal issue and were told over the phone that they would be able to conduct an emergency root canal if necessary for a failed root canal, however, upon arriving all they did was panoramic pictures and an exam. They need to be upfront about what services they can actually provide"

The doctors replay "If I will be able to find the dentists and the assistant willing to work for free, I’ll let you know". "I went to a dentist appointment for a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. The dentist I went to told me they couldn’t do anything for me cause they were going to be closed soon(not say what dentist). I decided to search for dentist when I came across Venetian Dental that had emergency dental services. I was taken in right away. Everyone in the office was very nice and considerate of the pain I was in. I was probably in the office a totally of an hour and a half. That was including new patient paperwork, xray and extraction. I went back today for follow up and to have stitches removed. Everyone was amazing…they are now my go to for any dental issues! Best dentist I’ve ever been to!!!"
"I called to try to get an emergency appointment. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. Why have a 24/7 business if you don't want to cater to emergencies. He tried to tell me that it would be an extra $2K to be seen. When another rep told me earlier it's $250 for emergency appointments. I'm very disgusted"
"I woke up in excruciating pain from a tooth in the night and the office reached out to me first thing in the morning. From the moment I got there all of the staff were welcoming, kind and eased my nerves a lot! The Dr. was able to do the intervention same day and I can say my pain levels are significantly improved already. I can’t say how grateful I am to have found someone who is willing to work outside of the typical dentist schedule!"
