"Don't bother trying to rent if you have a service dog or disabilities. He will insult you and tell you it's a just a pet and to leave it at home. Also likes to make fun of people who are advocates for disabled people and calls them fake intellectuals"

"We went as a family of 4 ( two kids under 3) it was a great stay we enjoyed the pool, the dock, and enjoyed the evening sunset. The only thing I would recommend for family with young kids that aren’t independent is bring a play pin so you can have some assurance that they aren’t going anywhere. As far as accommodation goes they offer the basic in the kitchen they have a hot plate you can put pan and pots on so you can bring dry food like pancake mix or pre marinated meat the freezer and refrigerator are the small ones you see at hotels so ice up your coolers. They offer a grill we didn’t use it so Im not sure if they offer the utensils that are needed for a great grilling experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay I forgot the play pin for our little one (15 month old) so he wanted to be let down on the dock near the pool (when we weren’t swimming) so bring that play pin or something you can secure your little one for more relaxed vacation. The owner and his wife and mother in law also live in the actual house and they are no bother you text Danny or this wife and they take care of you really well."
"Lovely place with lots of amenities. My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of activities like swimming, fishing, and kayaking. This is a gorgeous property in a great neighborhood. Beaches are also very close by with surrounding restaurants."
