"Worst dentist experience I ever had. I went in for my annual cleaning and exam, I called before to make sure I was scheduled for an exam (because the prior visit I did not get an exam), they said I was scheduled for it. I show up and they tried to get away with just a cleaning, I have never been to a dental office that doesn't have the actual Dentist examine you after every cleaning. The hygienist then proceeds to talk down to me and try and tell me about some 14 month exemption (which I explained that I am not coming back in 2 months just for the exam, I would like my full visit to be done today). It had been 1 year since my last exam. Then after debating with me for 15 minutes, I had to wait 20 minutes for her to come back and tell me I need x-rays (which I had 1 year ago, I shouldn't need new x-rays) but she insisted. I gave up because I just wanted my regular/normal dental visit and wanted to get out of there. So she proceeds to give me the x-rays and then I wait another 20 minutes for the Dentist to show up. She acted very rude, didn't even ask how I was, shoved a mirror in my mouth and after 20 seconds of pretending to check my teeth said I was good to go. So I did NOT receive the normal oral cancer screening, gum check, and cavity check. I have never experienced such lack of care in my life, and I just wasted my time with all of this. On top of that the hygienist didn't even floss my teeth. These are just people trying to claim money from insurance companies and do as little work as possible. I did go here 2 other times, first time for my initial visit they conned me into coming in twice because the Dentist "couldn't" see me on the first visit. So I ended up paying 2 copays. Then I was charged extra for an oral cancer screening ( I am used to that being included, and it wasn't explained that it was some fancy black light and costs extra) normally they just check under your tongue and around your gums. I only went here because it was the only dental office that my old insurance would accept. Now that I have a new insurance I am never going back"

"Not transparent with finances prior to my visit. My BCBS Dental PPO plan had confirmed fully coverage for the 1 simple service I requested (cleaning) instead I got presented with a treatment plan to sign for almost $800 to pay on the spot. At the appointment confirmation call, they made the day before my app, the lady who assisted me, informed I would only have to pay a $10 copay as service would be fully covered by the insurance. Shame dentists have become $o greedy. Not just this one, many of them accross the country. Of course the cleaning of my teeth could not be done. 1.5 hours of total waste of time."
