"BE WARE - OVER CHARGE I'm saddened to leave this review because I rarely have to leave derogatory remarks on service providers. While the treatment I received by this doctor was great, their business office and how they run their billing is grossly unethical and negligent. I was mistakenly charged out of network fees for services for nearly a year and when I found out the mistake it took several months, phone calls between the provider and insurance companies, and ultimately I reported them for fraud to the United Concordia and BCBS Insurance companies. Even after they were found out, it took several weeks for them to "adjust" my billing. BCBS not only paid them the contracted amount, but they also were paid over in cash by me. The adjusted amount they quoted was still incorrectly calculated to charge me over the allowed amounts. I paid them over $1000 greater than the allowed amount according to their contracted fee schedule. Despite reporting their fraudulent billing practices, they still have yet to calculate my rate properly and refund me the $1000. It's a shame that the benefits coordinator and business office personnel are ill equipped to perform their duties, and that they refuse to correct their mistakes by making things right with the customer. It's also illegal, theft and fraud."

"My husband made me an appointment there 6 years ago. I had a bridge coming loose and he wanted me to get implants. After seeing the dentist and talking price I decided not to do the implant. Too expensive. Instead I had a partial made. 4 months after getting this partial a tooth fell out of it. I called and made an appointment. By the time I was seen again a second tooth fell out. The doctor told me I had to pay for the teeth to be reattached! I couldn't do that as I had swallowed them, so now I was told I had to pay for the teeth also!! I didn't think that was right! It was their responsibility to fix their sub par work free of charge!! I ended up paying for a new partial which was several hundred dollars! The dentist also did additional work. I had 2 fillings in my front teeth that were done 20+ years before with no problem. She put fillings in 4 of my front teeth which I didn't think were needed.. Over the next few years the fillings started cracking and breaking off,! I now have a mess in my mouth created by this dentist! Cheap, shoddy work! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"I absolutely love this practice! The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The dentist and hygienist are wonderful! They are transparent and do a great job explaining exactly what I need to optimize my oral health. The office ambience is very comfortable and clean. They do a lot to make you feel relaxed. Lacking dental insurance? They have options to make your dental care affordable. My entire family goes here and I wouldn’t have it any other way!"

"I know it sounds odd but it's always a great experience here! Like most people I know, I've never been a huge fan of going to the dentist. But since I found Dr. Nguyen, I almost look forward to it. They have treated me like family since day 1. The entire staff is amazing and super friendly. From the moment I walked in the door for the first time they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs to find a new dentist or simply needs to get some work done. It is the most relaxing, friendly, and caring group of people I have ever found in the field of dentistry! A+++++"
