"I would like to thank John and Angel for working so quickly to coordinate with Duke energy and Palmer for installing new poles behind site 90 and site 91. The damaged poles were in dire needs of replacement. Duke Energy was notified of the lights flickering several days ago. The poles were damaged during the last hurricanes and high winds several days ago caused further damage. These few months John and Angel were able to get things approved and replaced .The pool heater has been repaired so hopefully we will enjoy the warm water this November and December. I would like to definitely thank John for wearing many Hats to improve the beauty of our community and working diligently to keep everything in good repair. Also let’s not forget Angie for the cleanliness of the clubhouse and sprucing up the walls and scrubbing the chairs. I know I appreciate everyones hard work Thanks Gerrie ."

"We had a great time staying here! The pool is very nice, its literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are 2 gas BBQ's that everyone can use. We stayed in appartment 404 and we can highly recommend it! Everything was very clean, more than enough space to leave all your stuff, a giant fridge and a spectacular view of the bay. In the bay we saw dolphins and manatees. The room has airconditioning and the internet is very fast and steady. The room has a very beachy style which fits right in with the environment."

"We recently rented unit 308 at the sunrise resort in st. Pete’s. This was our second time staying in this unit. It is updated and is nicely decorated. We enjoy staying at the sunrise. Such a great spot close to beach and lots of restaurants. However this time we really missed being able to use amenities at the Trade Winds across the street. This has been cancelled. The beach chairs in the unit left a lot to be desired. It would be nice to have decent chairs and an umbrella provided."

"We stayed at number 607 Sunrise Resort...It had everything you could need. Beautiful views of the canal from our patio, watch the manatees swim in the canal and on the front you could see the beach..All we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the beach. Lots of restaurants... our favorite was Spinners. We went there for lunch..it rotates very slowly and the view was amazing. The staff and management were exceptional..very friendly and very accessable. There are many restaurants on the strip and you can take the trolley up to St. Jon Pass if you did not want to drive. Spend the day there in there many stores and restaurants. It is a must...Can't wait to go back. Thank you again.....Vida"
