"Received information from my insurance about this dentist so I made an online emergency appointment. I received a phone call on my way to the appointment asking what type of appointment I made. Then they told me they did not accept my insurance, but they do have a “care credit card” I could apply for and use. The lady who called me was very rude and nasty. And after they mentioned the credit card I knew they just wanted money. They have very poor customer interaction via phone. Did not even go in person after the horrible phone experience. For as big as a corporation Aspen Dental is you would think they could pay to have nice people for customer service. Not what they currently have. Not a good first impression of your business!!"

"Great care and expertise is the norm at Aspen. My pre denture visit was great, the second visit even better as I was given even more information on what would come next. I now look forward to the next two visits, especially the last (I get the dentures), and finally offer more than just a grin but a teeth showing smile!"

"My recent experience at this location was beyond terrible. I had a pleasant experience a few years ago when having a tooth extracted here. Since then, my wife came to this clinic and had a terrible experience with their front office staff. Despite this, I still came back for treatments this year given my good experience in the past. I regret this decision greatly as, clearly, their level of customer care has drastically declined since my very first visit. I signed up for financing during my visit and was quoted one price and monthly payment amount by their assistant office manager while signing up and then later received a completely different amount owed from the financing company (my monthly payments were now more than TWICE what I was shown in office). When I contacted them, they sent me over a copy of the financial agreement they said that I signed. I was not presented with this document at any point during my visit and upon further investigation, the financing company told me the document was time stamped and it was filled out and signed THREE HOURS AFTER I LEFT THE OFFICE on the day of my appointment. It would appear that someone at this office forged this document and submitted it to the financing company after I left. Which is not too hard to believe given that the same assistant office manager stopped me on the way out of the office, after all of my procedures were completed, and said he forgot to have me sign a document consenting to have the treatments done THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED. If they rendered services and performed treatments without having a patient sign for them first because they “forgot,” what would stop them from also filling out and forging a signature on this financial agreement after I left if they had “forgotten” to have me sign it while I was there? The dentist I saw was very nice and the dental assistants were great as well. The deceptive and unethical behaviors exhibited by the front office staff, especially someone in management, are why I will never be returning to this office and I highly recommend you take your business anywhere else but here. I am still awaiting a call from their actual office manager to resolve this issue."
