"Staff was very courtesy and professional. They did all the work contacting my insurance company getting me the top benefits I possibly could get from my insurance company. Sage also have their own payment plan if you don’t have insurance. I am returning again in a couple weeks for cleaning and extensive dental work."

"Super kind staff! Melissa greeted me at the door and was kind and understanding. Ashley was attentive while taking my X-rays. I usually struggle with dental X-rays but she made me feel comfortable and was fast. Finally, Dr. G was absolutely incredible. She listened to my needs and took care of me by creating a treatment plan that listed all of the prices. If you want to go to a dental office that is clean and considerate definitely choose Sage Dental!"

"Similar to another reviewer's experience, the office was a ghost town when I arrived for a mid-afternoon appointment. No staff present for several minutes. Once someone finally greeted me, it took about 15 minutes to complete all of the new patient paperwork. I wish they had better prepared or forewarned me about all of the information & documents that would be needed. Then I was quickly whisked away to their panoramic x-ray machine, without having been seen by a medical professional to determine that updated films were necessary. I could have told them that I had recent x-rays on file with my last dentist, but they didn't bother to inquire about that. As another reviewer stated, I think they want to simply perform as much work as possible to bill your insurance for every penny they can. Anyway, the moving parts of the x-ray machine struck me and jammed into my shoulderblades, so that was awesome. That also meant the imaging was no good, so I was asked to hold an extremely awkward pose and try again. They had no concern about exposing me to more radiation. Once that fiasco was over with and I was seated in an exam room, I was also told they were experiencing an Internet outage. They began setting up to take bite wing x-rays as well, so I finally refused and said they could get recent ones from my last dentist. They went off to check on that. I heard that their Internet connection was back up. While sitting there thinking things over, I realized I don't trust this place and it'd be best to walk away. So when people returned to speak with me, I told them this was a mistake and I'll just find another dentist, then I left. I was surprised no one attempted to remedy the situation or see if there was something they could do to make things better. That was disappointing. Sage corporate would probably be upset too, because I'm sure a potential new patient is worth a lot of money to them over the years. Well, congrats, this office messed up. Before the owner responds and says I should check with the Patient Quality Assurance department or whatever, I called Sage's main line immediately after I left, and was transferred to QA & left a voicemail with my thoughts. No one ever got back to me. Avoid this place for your own good."

"Had an amazing first visit at Sage! Brand new dental office with an excellent staff! Melissa the office manager was very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding insurance. Lisa the hygienist was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning. The assistant Maryanne, Dr. G and Dr. Richa were all wonderful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I will be recommending this office to my family and friends!"
