"Wow! I have been a satisfied patient of Lake Park Dental for years, but this week I had a really terrific experience. I got a crown on a tooth! Now, I have three older crowns from 10-15 years ago and different dentists, and I know technology has come a long way, but wow, this new crown is AMAZING! It looks identical to the tooth that was there. You cannot even tell it is a crown, at all. This new crown makes my old crowns look like they were made by the same guy who made George Washington's wooden teeth. And on top of that, get this, I was in and out in two hours! No pain at all, no temporary crown, no waiting two weeks for the final crown, just two hours, from sitting down in the chair to out the door. I cannot thank Dr. Guerrero and Emma, her dental assistant, enough for this. Anyone who needs work and is concerned about pain or timing, just give Lake Park Dental a call. I'm serious."

"I’ve been going here for 4 years now and have never had any issues. Everyone is friendly, polite and I’ve always been informed of any procedure I’ve had done. Most importantly though my teeth are clean, healthy and at their best after every visit. If there was one negative, I guess maybe I’m a little old fashioned, but I don’t like how they collect payment while you’re still in the chair. I like finishing the procedure and paying at the front desk. Nothing major, just a little preference of mine. I highly recommend Lake Park Dental."

"Son’s hygienist was kind and took the time to explain different brushing techniques and dietary changes to assure that our son has optimal dental and overall health. Dentist carefully checked all teeth, gums, etc. Dental assistant applied molar sealant and fluoride. Front office staff are delightful and hospitable!"

"Office staff are polite and the last hygienist I had was awesome. But, keeping it real here, their billing practices are aggressive and office staff bombard patients with demands to pay upfront IN FULL for all services. In my experience they always underestimate the insurance payment and I find that I always have a “credit” balance on my account. After getting a crown in December I was just told that, again, I have another large credit on my account because insurance paid more than estimated. The person that I just spoke to again, was polite, but told me that they don’t bill people because they won’t get paid promptly and accounts will end up in collections. My complaint is this— I was just told that it will take 6-8 WEEKS for “corporate” to send me the repayment check. Does that sound reasonable? Patients need to pay in full up front for every penny of services—but when they owe the patient money they can hold those funds for 6-8 WEEKS to repay the funds. That sounds very shady to me."
