"Roach infested, and they tried not to give us our money that made me prove by check the video at the time I got there"
"The room ate roach infested. The Indian lady will steal your mail. She stole an expensive phone that was to be delivered to me. I had been staying there for 3 yrs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY HOTEL. THE BEDSHEEYS ARE ALWAYS STAINED AND THE MATTRESS HAS BED BUGS!"
"If I could put negative 1000 I would... If you like breathing mold this is your place then act like I was overreacting til I showed the pics. Did get my money back but both me and my husband went to ER couldn't breath.Told me to calm down but my man handled that... Cost 85 bucks to sleep in mold cause night girl wouldn't give refund. I'm calling health department"
"They assist us with a great amount of towels and housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning. The entire staff is very nice and they accommodate us with washer and dryer units"
"Clean room nice tile floor small fridge and microwave in the room. Very soft and comfortable beds. The lady in the afternoon was very nice and welcoming. Close to Busch Gardens but inexpensive. Free wifi and it worked well. Pleasantly surprised. All around had a good stay."
