"Amazing practice! Very understanding of dental anxiety. From the time I made an appointment I was sent a questionnaire asking what they could do to accommodate my anxiety (pillows, sunglasses, headphones, blankets, etc). The staff is so understanding and offers medication before hand, nitrous, or full sedation. I was never made to feel silly for my fear or shamed for how long it was since I went to the dentist. Cannot recommend enough!"

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at another dentist which lead me to finding Grand Oaks Dental Care. If you are someone who is high anxiety about going to the dentist I promise this is where you want to go. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, kind, helpful and understanding. I was with Stephanie, for most of my visit leading up to meeting Dr. Bell, and she was incredible. After my visit my husband told me she actually came back out into the lobby to see if he needed water or anything too, which we thought was so considerate. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very compassionate and patient. Dr. Bell was equally wonderful and he went into great detail about the condition my teeth were in and what options I had. I never felt judged at any point in my visit - which was really important to me. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and way more high tech than I’ve personally ever experienced (to say it’s been a bit since I’ve been to the dentist is an understatement). The staff at the front desk were very on point too and seemed very aware and connected to everything going on with my visit and what was planned moving forward. They were equally lovely to interact with and made checking in and out efficient and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m grateful to be on my journey to fixing my teeth with such a wonderful team."
