"I went there to have a consult about getting orthodontics. I had had this procedure done twice in my adult life and was not happy with the results. The provider was like, why do you need to have this done at your age? Nobody is going to be looking at your teeth. So basically at 62 I was being told I'm too old so that did not make me feel good when I left that office ."
"Greenberg Dental Clinic in Ocala is a great place for dental care. The staff is very friendly and polite. My children had great experiences. Very pleased at how quickly the appointments were made and received. No long wait time in the lobby or exam rooms! I’d definitely recommend this clinic."
"Today I had an appointment for my oldest, the beginning of the appointment was fine the assistant was patient with my daughter since it was her first time being in a dentist chair. The provider came in and was nice. Then when it came time to talk about the treatment that was going to be needed I was told that I was not allowed to come back unless there was some type of behavioral problem. I explained I was not comfortable with that because she would be under laughing gas for what is needing to be done. I was rudely told if I didn't like I could find another provider. When I asked why is this the policy. It became a I went to school here, all offices do this as the provider starts rattling off office names of who has the same policy. And again tells me if I don't like the policy to find somewhere else but good luck. When the provider leaves I say something to the assistant and she laughs in my face as she shoves consent and payment forms in my face. Total unprofessionalism on both the provider and the assistant."
"Got my kids in pretty fast. My child’s tooth was taken care of quickly. I expected to be there for 2 hours or more for the tooth extraction. I walked out 55 minutes after my appointment time. Immediately I set up an appointment for my youngest and they are getting him in this very week! The staff are all very nice and treated my child amazing. They really are good with kids. My child was very scared and almost crying walking in there about getting his tooth removed and left smiling and happy and couldn’t believe it was over already. Very pleased"
