"Today, 1/30/2024 I had my 6 month cleaning appointment. I arrived at the office, checked in and was told I have a $143 balance. I questioned this and asked for a print out of my account to see where this $143 came from. As a side note, I was in their office on 12/19/23 and 12/26/2023 for a crown and paid my patient responsibility of $304 on the spot. I was never told of any balance that I had nor ever received a statement in the mail. As I was sitting in the lobby trying to analyze the ledger given to me. I told the lady at the desk that I needed to take this home and check it against my EOB's. I asked where the $143 is coming from. She took the ledger and highlighted an entry from 2/20/2023! I sat back down waiting to be called back for my cleaning and the lady asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Dumbfounded, I said no and she went on to say I could not be seen until this balance was paid. I got up and said I have always paid for my services on the spot and if I owe it, I'll pay it but at least give me a chance to review my records. Why would they even perform my crown work from December, 2023 if I owed this balance? I walked out and will never go back there again and will not recommend this practice to anyone. I'm giving this a 1 star because you can't post a zero star review."

"I was thoroughly disappointed with this dental office. Prior to my visit, I diligently checked and confirmed that they accepted my dental supplement and verified the prices. I even took the extra step of emailing my insurance details. However, upon arriving and waiting for 20 minutes, they informed me that they were out of network, contradicting the prior confirmation. When I asked for clarification, they brushed me off, claiming they were too busy to discuss the issue. I had emails and supplemental insurance pages proving they were providers, making their lack of explanation frustrating. I had intended to switch my family of 7 and recommend them to friends, but this experience changed my mind. While waiting, I overheard another patient expressing dissatisfaction with being overcharged, reinforcing my negative impression of the office. Overall, based on my single experience, I cannot recommend this dental office."

"My first visit to the doctor Mrs. Kvashenka was OK. She said we do not patch mouths, it's no work, need to remove all my teeths , I have 12 of my teeth, that make dentures. I told, I like to save my teeths, they don't hurt, they need only cover crowns. She brings me to agreed and signed that she did not guarantee that my crowns will stay 5 years. Ok, I signed. My visit today is terrible. I waited probably 10 minutes for lady front desk, she slowly came from back yawns and yawns... Ask my name...and told me I must to pay $2770 before to go to doctor.. I don't understand why I must to pay, no body call me, no body explained the plan, I know my insurance cover. Dr. Kvashenka told me, I spent with you lots of time on first visit and showed a hand gesture for me to leave. This is very sad experience of mine with a Russian speaking doctor. RUDE, RUDE."
