"This was our first time coming to Fishbein and I thought the dental assistant that put the braces on my child was rude. She got mad because she moved her lip and touched her tooth a little bit because she was trying to swallow and the dentist threw the tool she was using down on the tray and got an attitude because she had to then dry the tooth again. I understand my child has to be still when getting it done but the attitude or throwing of the tool wasn’t necessary. Then once she was done putting the brackets on she told her to get up and go wash and rinse her mouth and my daughter, who keep in mind has never had braces before or been through the process, thought she was done and asked if she was still going to get to pick the band colors to which the dentist once again rudely responded to her and said “yeah are you gonna go wash and rinse first?” As she rolled her eyes again and walked away. I don’t think it was professional at all and when dealing with children you need to learn how to have more patience than what this girl had. Not a great first impression."
"My daughter just got her braces on and Dr. Joey was fantastic as was Nyah! Nyah was calm, professional and talked my ten year old through the whole process- which took less than an hour- can’t wait to see her smile transform!"

"The most amazing and giving staff ever! I was in a bind with getting my son’s braces off and getting his retainers and Dr. Joseph Fishbein and his staff went well above and beyond! They made sure my son was taken care of and even rushed our retainers so we could still leave town! The quality of the retainers is awesome and I’ve never had better customer service!!"
