"I came to this place knowing it was the only place that would take walk ins with my insurance. I had a dangerously large abscess in my upper nasal area inside my gum. My right side of my mouth was swollen the size of a small watermelon. All they did was an xray and prescribed antibiotics and set me an appointment for a month out, leaving me with the abscess to fester. They could have did their job and released the abscess pressure by draining it. Instead I had to pierce it later that day to release the infection. I'm now currently self healing smoothl and pain-free.."
"This is probably very corny, but I love Fairfield Dental! My stepmother introduced me to this practice when I started living with her and my father in high school. I was not very consistent with my dental health throughout college, but Fairfield always seemed to squeeze me in on holiday breaks. They always made me aware of more affordable options with my student income and lack of insurance. I refuse to go elsewhere because they consistently make me feel so comfortable! My dental hygienist, Mallory, goes the extra mile to be gentle with me. I once went 2-3 years between cleanings and was embarrassed by this; I felt so blessed I had a new hygienist (Mallory) who is always so so patient with me. Now, I live out of state, but I still use Fairfield solely because of Mallory. She rocks."
"Great patient service. My friend has a lot of anxiety with dentists and the staff definitely made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The procedure was for one extraction, which was assessed quickly and treated with patience and care! Thank you staff for a welcoming experience! We will continue to return for other services."
