"They make there own rules first I was told to order before 8pm, next time I was told to order before dark, today I ordered at 545pm and they are located 12mins away from me they called me and canceled the order when I called back they hung up on me 3 times I would never spend another dime in this location. Shut down the delivery if you chose not to deliver don't make up LIES"

"Blanie at this location is beyond unprofessional and rude to be a supervisor. We placed an order for 10 pizzas. 1 pizzas was pepperoni and onion and another was all pepperoni. We received 2 pizzas with pepperoni and onion when it should have been just 1. I called the store to let them know and she immediately started screaming THAT'S WHAT YOU ORDERED! I said no we ordered 1 with onions NOT 2 and I told her she didn't have to yell. Then she proceeds to yell again "I'M NOT YELLING" I said you're being very rude and over talking me then she proceeded to interrupt me again and talk over me. At that point I asked for a manager she claims she was the manager. So I asked for her name and store #. We spent $282.00 We patronize your location and that type of treatment is very uncalled for and not the type of customer service that should be displayed for people spending their hard earned money. There were so many other options we could have chosen, yet we chose to spend our money with Pizza Hut. She didn’t even offer to fix the problem which is what a PROFESSIONAL manager would have offered instead of having an attitude! Very Disappointed!"

"They are the only strictly pizza place down here that's been constant with the quality of pizzas. It's been times when we will get one for lunch and another for dinner. Even delivered still hot, topping not all over the place and fast. Highly recommend"

"I placed an online order and when I got to the store it was wrong. The employee tried to rectify the situation and stated he would make the pizza over immediately the manager Patricia who was cashing out another customer said to him as if I was not standing there “she placed an online order we can’t remake it” he looks at me as to if saying his hands are tied and says she’s the manager and walks away. She still is cashing out this customer, I’m still standing waiting to see if she attempts to assist me and she proceeds to help another customer before me. Finally after standing there not knowing if she can actually see me as she never acknowledges me I ask her if she can assist me after a back and forth she finally offers to remake the pizza. I did not want an “extra” pizza only the correct pizza I ordered. The guy making the pizza was more polite and attentive than the manager! Imagine that! Do better Pizza Hut!! Hire managers that have customer service skills!!"

"I called in to order a personal pan cheese pizza. When I arrived and paid I noticed that the pizza was pepperoni and not cheese. The guy at the counter who claimed to be the manager tells me that it’s not his problem and that I ordered it like that. He said that he would remake but would take 20 mins, which I thought was kind of long for a personal pan. I told him that I couldn’t wait. He rudely then said we’ll you can have a refund and leave. Then goes to the register does the refund and said have a nice day. This would definitely be considered poor customer service and a reason not to return. There are a lot of good hardworking people that need jobs and will treat your customers with respect and dignity. I hope this reaches someone who can hold this young man accountable for his behavior when dealing with paying and repeat customers."
