"I've always loved their Frisco melt and hadn't had one in ages. Delicious, hot, and hit the spot like magic. The chili was good and piping hot. Nothing goes with a burger like a milkshake. Yum!"
"Worst experience ever. Service was horrid, bathrooms are atrocious, tables we're dirty. I had to clean my own table to sit with the company I had brought with me. I had ordered a milkshake and it tasted nothing like the flavor I had purchased. Staff gave a hard time to correct an order that they overlooked. Will not come back to this location. The young woman at the front counter gave an attitude and was not very professional."
"By far the WORST experience at a steak and shake. No customer service. Waited an hour for my food. I literally left with the food in my hand due to communication. I cud t even get a bag to go with my left overs. Inside was so filthy I had to clean my own table along with other customers."

"Got a birthday banana milkshake with whipped cream and two cherries to-go. They had touch screens to order instead of a traditional cash register. Also an arcade machine for you to play and grab toys from inside. The milkshake was overall very good. Was just a little confused at first because I needed a human to redeem the milkshake from the app on my phone. Minimal waiting time."
