Papa Johns Pizza

"Until today, Papa Johns was my "fast-food pizza of choice. After receiving an order from their Sunrise Blvd restaurant, I think this is the last time I'll ber ordering from them. The large pizza seems to have shrunk, the pizza dough was too thin to hold the toppings, the garlic butter sauce was flavorless, and the normally juicy and vibrant pepperoncinis looked like flaccid leftovers pulled out of the trash. Not at all the quality Papa Johns used to have."

"I tried to order online and was told my payment did not go through. I checked with my bank and found my card was charged twice. This review is not so much for this location, but for the aggravation caused by the website."

"If you want your order to be delivered in a timely manner and your order taken care of how you wish…. Go somewhere else! Placed an order over an hour ago for delivery and called the store for an update on my order and get told that it’s not even ready because they did not see it on their end."

"Waited almost an hour and this is what was delivered to me! Called and was asked to send a pic of the pizza to the manager. All she could do was offer to send me another one. Wasn’t interested in waiting another 45 min-1 hour for a replacement and asked for a refund. She stated that she did not have the authority to do that and needed to reach out to her general manager which she did. General manager responded back to her to give me a refund. The whole experience put a damper on my night for sure. Customer service left much to be desired. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Update: After contacting corporate I received a call back. The representative apologized profusely and said that this is not the way Papa John’s operates. Stated that I should’ve never been asked to send a picture of the pizza and an immediate refund and replacement pizza should have been offered without a request on my part. I appreciated someone reaching out to me and understanding how customer service means so much."

"Our pizza took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get delivered. We called the store and the manager said he was down to one driver so we were patient. I could tell that they had to throw the pizza back in the oven to heat it up because we had to recut the slices and it was a bit toasted. The pizza was okay but exactly that... just okay. The driver forgot to give us our two liter and I had to ask for it before they drove off. I'll give this location another chance in the future but my first impression is not good."
