"If I could give zero stars I would! The way Josh runs this business and the rude people he has handle his dirty work is really mind blowing. I don't know how he stays in business. Unless you want to pay for work and parts that were never done I would recommend not going here. "Dishonest, and lack of integrity. Josh Smith was hired to do my injectors back in early Oct 2021. After having multiple fuel leaks, I brought the truck back to have him fix it. After the truck was "fixed" I watched diesel poor on to the ground the same day. I ended up taking the truck apart myself and found that Josh's guys only repaired 5 out of 8 injectors, but charged me nearly $4k for the entire job, plus the $750 to fix the leak that they caused. Josh has yet offered to make this right besides telling me to bring the truck back in, which is no longer an option. It's not ending Jan 2022 and my truck is still parked in my drive way. I would NEVER recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Josh, when you read this please give me a call and make this right. You know what you guys did is wrong."
"Noticed this new shop recently opened, close to my house, and after getting a high recommendation (especially for diesel trucks/diesel anything) from another established local mechanic, I figured I’d have them assess an ongoing A/C issue...one that my go-to diesel mechanic shop hasn’t been able to fix and...BAM = Smiths nailed it!! Not only did they fix quickly & easily (and cost effectively) fix a broken vacuum hose, they did so with no issues or questions....after I dumped over $2k into complete A/C repair with my go-to mechanic shop in Rio/Jensen Bch. For me, there’s a new sheriff in town, and it’s Smiths!! Already working on my to-do list of other repairs/enhancements they will do on they 2006 F350 dually. Thank You Smiths!!"
