"Fed up with this agency’s robo calls every, single day! How dare you harass and bully people! Some robot named Crystal has been calling and texting, even after blocking ‘it.’ How did they get the number from the Marketplace? We were only trying to get insurance for our relative in FL, and this happened. We live on the other coast, so all their calls come to us at 6 a.m. every day! If they do not stop, we will not hesitate to contact the FL Department of Insurance & the FL Consumer Advocate to report harassment, as well as contacting FL representatives. How do these people have access to private info on the Marketplace anyway?! Note to them: NO one wants to deal with any sales people who harass and bully them! (If we could give them -0- stars, we would.)"

"I am a physician and they somehow obtained my private number I use to speak with patients. I am being bombarded by robocalls and texts, and since they come in different phone numbers I feel obligated to answer in case it is one of my patients. I have repeatedly asked them to stop, along with texting “STOP” but they just keep calling/texting, including at 6:50 am and 9:30 pm. I called their main office it became so bad, and spoke with Raul who was very polite and promised me he would take my number off their list. Unfortunately, at 8am this morning I started receiving calls. This is harassment. What I would say is, anyone who would conduct business in this way should never be trusted with your insurance needs. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau where there are multiple complaints against them as well. I wish there were some way to financially penalize them for this practice — it is unbelievable invasive and obnoxious."

"Horrible!!! I have been getting HUNDREDS of unsolicited calls and text - up to 30 per day!!! I am on the Do Not Call List. I have NEVER requested service from this or any insurance company. Then they want you to email them to get off the list. Oh - so they can have that information too.. nice try!!! I have filed a complaint with the federal government. They are so poorly run they harass people to try to drum up business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Shame on them!!!!"
