"We insured one property with Paula and she was great. Shortly after we purchased another property and she gave us a great rate, when we closed on the home and contacted her to activate the policy she gave us a new rate that was different than her quote. When I called her out on it, she claimed that we signed some sort of letter agreeing to the new rate and when I corrected her and told her we didn't, she had no answer. Shortly after, she asked us to sign an "Acknowledgement of rate consent" that was backdated because she was trying to cover up her mistake. Needless to say, we dropped their coverage due to her being unapologetic and trying to cover up her own mistake. Additionally, while I was insured with them, I asked the other agent working here for a quote on vehicle insurance and he never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. Don't waste your time here."
