"Have you ever ordered online but from the wrong location? I did tonight on a rainy horrible day I had as well. Just wanted to give praise to Penny the GM I later found out for her excellent customer service on trying to help me even though it was MY fault. If I could give 10 stars I would. "Hit or miss... sometimes orders are made correctly, most of the time they are not. This is supposed to be a large with extra cheese, add 3 cheese blend, (so extra extra cheese) pineapple, bacon and pep. The center of the pizza has no cheese at all and it looked like someone put 3 pieces of pep to try and hide it. Always have giant bubbles in the crust. 6/8/23...never fail to disappoint. No extra cheese, no 3 cheese blend. Pizza not cut properly and can't tear one off without mutilating the other pieces. Got all 8 papa bites this time...not just 4 like last time. No uniformity. Never know if your order is gonna be correct. Always new faces in there too, like they can't keep employees. Management issue? Whateves..."
"They have pretty decent food, but recently I've had a string of bad service. Super late delivery, canceling on me just before close, and then this lovely thing. But they never contacted me back after this one. So, just letting you know. It's like the driver drive to my place with it in its side. Also it was still doughy in the middle."
