"I got some kind of food poisoning eating boneless chicken wings from this place. I ended up so sick I had to seek medical treatment. I called the location and just got a, “Sorry you got sick” reply from the manager. I emailed customer service and was promised that my issue was escalated and someone would get back with me ASAP and no one ever did. They never offered any refund or any sort of compensation. I spent a lot of money ordering from this place. NEVER AGAIN."
"Ready for pick up at scheduled time-very hot. Toppings were ample. Having a record of my past orders makes it easy to reorder our favorite pizza with no hassles. We always go the one at Publix Lake forest on hwy 46 in Sanford."
"Our family of 5 ordered 3 CHICKEN Alfredo bowls as well as a 12 piece wings for delivery. Delivery driver arrives and gives us 3 boxes. We asked about the wings. Then we're handed 3 bags of 5 breadsticks each. Told the driver they were bread sticks. He told us "No, they're chicken wings." We proved to him they were bread sticks. Then the driver tells us "Well, you can keep them because I have no chicken." Then as our family is serving the CHICKEN Alfredo, all three were missing their chicken.... ??? Freaking wrong man....."
"Although the 3 pizzas I ordered were cooked correctly and arrived hot, my Veggie Lover's had sausage and pepperoni on it. Tasted great! Not what I ordered. Trying to do better, but this didn't help. Definitely a cheat day!"
