"Bosch from Tire Kingdom is phenomenal! Caught a flat in the middle of a rainstorm on a Sunday. Costco had a 3+ hour wait and discount tire was closed. I had never been to Tire Kingdom but I must say I was blown away. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and Bosch was very open about my options, wait times, and possible repairs. "About a month ago, I went here to see if they could help with a plastic engine cover underneath the car that was pulled loose by a parking stop. They told me that they couldn't fix it properly and directed me to a body shop. I was impressed by this because they did not want to do a shoddy repair, and sent me to the proper place. That means they do things the right way here. It was time for an oil change and I chose to return to here. I arranged for an appointment time and they were ready upon my arrival, no waiting. They did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation. They did every item of service they promised. At some places they forget to top off the fluids as promised. Not here! They did everything they were supposed to do, including filling my washer fluid. Great service here; they did everything as promised, on time, and all in about an hour. Definitely going to return."
