"Long time customer(over 15 years). This place went down hill. The work has become sloppy. No test drive after repair, car left filthy with grease(white car). Battery terminals covers broken off, battery protective plastic missing, battery support plate left on windshield. Details of entire repair experience too long to list since it was multiple visits for small vibration at the steering wheel when driving over 55mph. Car needs detailing and parts to secure battery properly. I rather cut my losses than return to firestone for a remedy. Such a shame, they use to have great service. I knew i was over paying but used them anyway becuase of the service they "use to" provide."
